Identity Without Borders

Savills, a 150-year-old international real estate firm, engaged me to support the APAC regional marketing team in implementing and extending the corporate identity originally developed by Savills UK. The task was translation rather than reinvention, taking a highly established system and making it work across multiple countries, languages, and market conditions.

I created bilingual brochures, brand book layouts, corporate collateral, and digital assets that preserved the UK-driven identity while adapting it for Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and emerging APAC markets. The work included social content, campaign materials, and storyboard-led marketing pieces that needed to maintain consistency across formats while feeling relevant to each region.

Working within a strict global framework, clarity and continuity were essential. Each piece had to feel unmistakably Savills while remaining flexible enough to support different business lines, property categories, and cultural contexts. The result is a cohesive regional application of a legacy brand, strengthening communication and unifying touchpoints across the APAC network.
